Pratumnak Hill is one of the most sought-after areas in Pattaya and this villa is in a wonderful location. Cosy Beach is just 700 metres away, while some of the best restaurants in Pattaya are to be found within easy walking distance. You will also find enough bars to quench that holiday thirst, as well as massage shops and spas.

When you wish to get out and about, shopping malls and international supermarkets are only a ten minutes’ drive away, and the laid-back Jomtien area as well as the vibrant Pattaya city centre are both the same distance.
