The 3 storey villa has an elevated position with wide ocean and town views in a small estate containing just 19 other holiday homes. The 1st floor is where you will find the laundry facilities. Your 2nd floor will be the main hub of activity as this is where your open plan living area offers a fully fitted kitchen, dining space, comfortable lounge area with television, and access to your private swimming pool with built in Jacuzzi.

It also has a window between it and the bedroom. The master second bathroom is a shower room with no toilet.
