Villa Modernity A sleeps up to 6 persons and offers a lot of space for down time as well as for socializing. The extended living area is great for all kinds of family activities, the pool deck has a shaded seated area where you can relax in the open and barbecue, and the bedrooms provide the highest level of comfort for when you are ready to retreat.
The villa has three contemporary bedrooms and four classy bathrooms. All bedrooms are set on the first floor, and each has an en suite bathroom; the fourth bathroom with a shower and toilet is located next to the living area. The three bedrooms are fully furnished to the highest standard and also feature flat-screen TV units. The master bedroom boasts superb views and an inviting Jacuzzi tub in its bathroom. While bright and airy at daytime, all bedrooms have blackout curtains in order to ensure a good night's sleep.
The lower level of the villa consists of the common areas that all extend to one another: an open air living, dining and kitchen, a smaller lounge with a sofa, and the outdoor pool deck area. Many floor-to-ceiling windows ensure the indoor space is filled with natural light. There is a TV unit that can be turned around so that you can watch TV from the living room or a 6-seat dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you will need, although you may wish to enjoy a great mix of Pattaya's international and Thai restaurants as much as you can.

If you are a beach goer, action-packed Pattaya Beach with malls, shops, food stalls and a long beach is 3.5 km away.
