This open plan 2 bedroom townhouse is on a quiet private complex which is just 300 meters from the beach. The resort is a relaxing haven with its peaceful settings, a great communal pool with Jacuzzi, surrounding sun loungers, umbrellas and dining area, all placed in a tranquil garden filled with some of Samui’s most beautiful plants. If you are looking for a place to stay with friends but still seek your own privacy this rental is the perfect solution as there are also 8 other villas and apartments that are available to rent.
The first floor has traditional wooden Thai features and is tiled throughout which keeps the villa a nice and cool temperature. The floor is open plan with a sizable living area, kitchen, safe and additional toilet. The living room has ample seating, a coffee table and cable television with artwork on the walls. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need and includes a breakfast bar dining area with 4 stools.
The room opens out onto your own terrace area, with pool views, where you can enjoy your morning drink and welcome the new day.
The two bedrooms with air-con, wardrobes and a safe are on the upper floor and share a bathroom. One has a double bed and the other comes with 2 single beds. The bathroom is a good size with a shower.
Exciting Chaweng a 10 minutes drive, short stroll to the beach
Chaweng has a variety of activities on offer. If you are looking for exciting bars, recommended restaurants, shopping or massage places, then look no further. Experience freezing temperatures at Bar Ice and watch a cabaret show at Paris Follies, all can be reached in around a 10 minute drive. Don’t worry, we know how important having that much needed ‘moment on the beach’ is and in only 300 meters from the Villa you can enjoy Chaweng Noi beach. You can take a boat to Koh Tan for half a day or even a full day and experience the underwater world, swim with the fishes and go snorkeling or diving.
