Villa Qualitas has three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all spreading across separate buildings over ground floor. Directly facing a lake, the pool deck is laced with palm trees and overlooking distant hills and calm greenery. The jet pool features a Jacuzzi, and there is a pool pavilion and 4 sunbeds with umbrellas. Kick back and take advantage of the multiple seated areas that include an outdoor dining table, coffee table with 4 chairs, and a BBQ porch.

The villa’s indoor spaces match the striking surroundings. An open plan living, kitchen and dining room is at the very centre of the property. This space is full of natural light; it includes a large shelf with books and CDs, as well as a computer corner. The living room provides great entertainment options with its comfortable sofas and a home theater with surround system. The kitchen is fully fitted with high-quality appliances such as TEKA oven and microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and there is also a breakfast bar with 4 seats. A wooden dining table, set for 6, is between the dining and living spaces.

The bedrooms are gorgeous and furnished to the highest standard. All have interestingly designed en suite bathrooms that are an integral part of the room; the master bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi in addition to a shower and toilet. Each bedroom has a vanity corner or a desk, TV, sofa chair, and a wardrobe. The master and third bedrooms feature king size beds, while the second bedroom comes with two single beds. Four extra beds are available for a fee, enabling the villa to accommodate a total of 10 guests. 

The rental comes with a washing machine and a selection of bicycles and motorbikes free of charge (excluding fuel). Baby cots are available upon request, and it is possible to enjoy massages on site as well as to book a private chef – both for an extra fee.
