Making your way into the private garden, you will encounter a large swimming pool as the centrepiece of the property, with all the living areas emanating from around the pool in a U-shape layout. Surrounding the pool, there is an outdoor terrace area and a sala with chairs and table, where you are sure to enjoy many sun-filled days.

Inside the house, there is an open plan living space combining a lounge, Western-style kitchen and dining room into one space.  The lounge is comfortable and spacious, benefiting from tall patio windows that let in lots of natural light while also offering direct access out to the pool and terrace. Sit back on the sofas while enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV.

All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs and come with double beds, wardrobes and air-conditioning. Each bedroom enjoys 
an ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. All bedrooms have access to the wrap-around terrace looking out across the pool and garden. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The kitchen in the villa is beautiful, with the large central unit doubling as a breakfast bar or as a place for food preparation. The modern choice of appliances include a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, and a kettle. There is also an additional utility room with a washing machine. When it’s time to dine, there is a large table with 8 chairs in the main living area.
