スクンビット通りから３キロ、ビーチから6.5キロの東パタヤの静かな通り沿いに建つこちらのヴィラパティハンカオタオは、周辺にあるレストランやバーも含め、地元の外国人に人気の一軒です。この２階建てのヴィラに入るとまず、プラーベートプールに隣接する屋根のあるテラスと、プールテーブル、卓球台、BBQセットにダーツボードのあるゲームテラスに迎えられます。こちらの物件は、お友達同士での旅行に最適の一軒です。
メインラウンジエリアとキッチンは２階にございます。また、階下にはバーのある小さなラウンジエリアがプールとゲームテラスのそばにございます。

こちらのヴィラにはあわせて７つのベッドルームがあり、普通にお休みいただくだけでも１４名様がお泊まりいただけます。さらに、ご要望に応じて、エクストラシングルベッドを３つ、二段ベッドを２つまで追加することができますので、合計で21名様までご宿泊いただくことが可能です。追加シングルベッドは１泊あたり500バーツ、２段ベッドも１泊あたり500バーツの追加料金を頂きます。

"Es war eine super Zeit, denn die Villa war einfach genial Die Poolbeleuchtung hat in Kombination mit der musikanlage am Abend für eine super Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön besonders das chef Zimmer. Das WLAN war super. Wir wurden oft gefragt ob alles gut ist. Der Service und die Besitzer waren einfach toll. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Ich habe die Villa schon auf dem Rückweg nach Deutschland vermisst."
