Delightful 5 bed rental with swimming pool at Pratumnak Hill
Majestic and pristine, 5-bedroom Angels Villa boasts an attractive location, a private pool and several lounging areas that include two kitchens and two living rooms. Enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea at the kitchen patio, bask in sunshine at the pool deck, or walk mere 600 meters to the nearest beach. This is the place where you can truly have it all!
The villa’s relaxing pool area is landscaped with stone features and mature palm trees. There is an outdoor shower area, and a shaded terrace containing tables and seating for 10 guests.
This handsome abode spreads over three levels and features unique design and imaginative details. Modern artwork, distinctive furniture and striking lamps adorn the whole of the villa, and the subtle décor in the main living area makes this a really comfortable space. It features a 10-seat sofa, a modern steel coffee table, a large, wall-mounted flat screen television, and a glass writing table with matching stool.
Four bedrooms offer double beds while one has two luxurious single beds. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, televisions and air conditioning, and they are furnished to the highest standard. The master suite also offers a spacious changing area with wall to floor wardrobes. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a basin, toilet, shower and superior tiling; the master bathroom also features a raised bathtub. There is a guest bathroom off the main kitchen area.
There are two kitchens at the villa, both modern and fully equipped. The main kitchen is particularly spacious and appealing with a unique breakfast bar island. The formal 10-place dining suite is in the main living area and is a wonderfully comfortable environment for any meal. An excellent choice of patios around the villa offer al-fresco dining options.
Pratumnak Hill, Central location between Walking Street and Jomtien Beach
This area is considered one of the most stylish in Pattaya, and everything you require is within walking distance. This includes a pleasant small beach just 600 metres away. Central Pattaya and Pratumnak Hill Viewpoint will take just 5 minutes while in the opposite direction, and Jomtien Beach is 10 minutes away. Pratumnak Hill also boasts a residence of the Royal Family and Golden Buddha Hill, a landmark site with eye-catching gardens and panoramic views of the sea and nearby islands.

"Thanks again for your assistance in securing Angel's Villa. I was quite impressed with your availability and speed with which you replied. In the review, I didn't mention the bathroom attached to the room in which I stayed, (top floor on the right side). The shower floor is quite flat and the water went across almost the entire floor when showering. Typical Thai issue with finishing details, to be sure. I'm sure there are a few ways to address it for little expense. Also, the boys in the downstairs rooms mentioned not getting hot water, not a major problem in Thailand but an explanation as to how to get the water hot during check-in might help future guests. Again, thanks for your assistance with this property. We visit regularly to use our boat in Jomtien, so will definitely check with you again for a house or villa next time. Thanks, Peter"

"The place is almost 400 metres inside the main road, hence one need to walk to get a cab or public transport. It is almost 2 km from main beach area. The place was infected with cockroach and spider and needs an immediate intervention. The rooms and spacious and equipped with TV. The kitchen is well equipped with equipment that makes a longer stay more comfortable. Dear Giriraj, thank-you for your comments. This villa is exactly 600 meters from the beach as stated on our website, Pattaya beach in the city is about 2Km perhaps this is the beach you are reffering too? Taxis regularly travel just 10 meters from this villa if you had a problem as you know we arrange door to door service on request it’s just a call away to your customer service manager or house staff. Our apologies about the cleanliness standard and bugs this is Thailand, however, we will notify head of housekeeping and call in the pest control people and have the house sprayed, had you advised us of these problems as they arose we could have eradicated these issues immediately. The only small disappointment is that the sun moves away from the pool around 2pm due to the new hotel that is getting built. however its still unbelievably warm.
