This 2-bedroom villa is located in a private development with 24-hour security, just a few minutes’ drive from the beach at Na Jomtien. The villa is very modern and pleasant, sleeping 4 people in total, perfect for a couple of friends or a small family.
Entering through the tall gates, you will encounter a charming garden with a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi, and an outdoor terrace with BBQ. This area is bright and green, providing that perfect tropical background for days of unwinding. It is also where you can enjoy meals in the open and afternoon cocktails. Inside the villa you will find 2 bedrooms, an open plan lounge area with a kitchen and dining room, and 2 bathrooms.
The villa’s lounge enjoys nice views and direct access out to the garden and private swimming pool. Sit back on the 6-seat L-shape settee and enjoy the international channels on your very own Sony television. The Western-style kitchen sits within the open plan living space and comes with lots of appliances that include a 3-ring gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, and a toaster. Next to the kitchen area, you will find a dining room that comes equipped with a dining table. You could also opt to dine out on the outdoor garden terrace.
Both bedrooms have double beds, en suite bathrooms, wardrobes, air-con units, wooden floors and 32-inch televisions. The master bedroom also has direct pool access for your convenience.
Na Jomtien Beach, a few-minute drive away
The villa is just 500 meters away from 2.9 km long Na Jomtien Beach, home to many resorts. Within few minutes by car you can be at Jomtien Beach where you will find lots of international restaurants and bars. Popular Pattaya attractions such as the Floating Market, Mimosa and Pattaya Underwater World are just a 5-minute drive away, and so are the shopping centres.

"The villa was excellent, very good facilities, and equipments, in a very good compound, not far from hot spots and beaches. Disadvantages: a lot of ants, and some other insects. the bed sheets were not very clean. Suggestion: providing heater for the pool water would be really amazing providing new daily towels shouild be included"
