Welcome to the epitome of holidaying in style – this 5-star villa provides unforgettable holiday experiences for couples and families. Every single aspect of the villa, from the open plan living space to the layout of the master bedroom, is custom-made to enhance the overall experience of your tropical escape. Basking within one of Pattaya’s most convenient locations, you will be situated directly between the region’s two most popular holiday destinations, Pattaya and Jomtien.
The 2-story 2-bedroom villa has an awe-inspiring garden with a private swimming pool and an adjoining deck terrace. Lounge around in beach club style and absorb the sunrays with a chill beverage in hand. The garden is also completely private due to the high walls surrounding it. The lounge is ideally positioned looking out towards the swimming pool and terrace, which further soothes the senses. In the lounge, you will find a beautiful large sofa, and entertainment facilities that include a large flat-screen TV with international satellite channels.
There are two bedrooms at the villa; the first one is situated on the ground level, just a gaze away from the swimming pool. The second bedroom is located upstairs and enjoys an atmosphere enhanced by neon lights. Both bedrooms feature double beds, air-conditioning, TVs with satellite channels, and en suite bathrooms with bathtubs. The bedroom downstairs also has a walk-in wardrobe.
The kitchen is an integral part of the open plan living space with its central counter top that can also act as an informal breakfast bar. The kitchen is alive with many modern appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and two-ring gas stove. The villa has no formal dining area and you could either dine at the breakfast bar, or on the outdoor terrace, enjoying the pool view.
Pratumnak Hill, South Pattaya
Positioned within a 5-star residential estate just 600 meters from the beach at Pratumnak Hill, you can’t find a location that is more central for your holiday needs. This area is also home to an array of Pattaya’s finest restaurants. A quick 5-minute drive, and you will be at the back entrance to the world famous Walking Street Pattaya, or alternatively, just over a 5-minute drive in the opposite direction, you will find yourself at Jomtien Beach.

"I took my family here for vacation and stayed for 4 days. It was one of the best vacation experiences. The location is great. It is only a couple hundred meters away from the beach, through private walkway. After fun on the beach, we can go to the Cabbages & Condoms next to the beach for dinner and watch the sun sets. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool is wonderful for the little kids, who spend hours in there. The staff is very friendly and professional. The only drawback is the mosquitos. We had to buy mosquito repellents. Also, I would like to suggest the manager to prepare some maps, to show to the taxi drivers who always have a hard time finding this place. "
