The villa is one of just 20 individually designed holiday homes located in a secure gated village. It is within walking distance of all amenities and the relaxed Karon Beach is a mere 850 metres stroll. Your private swimming pool and pool deck afford sea and town views in a relaxed setting, making the choice between going out and staying home one of the most testing decisions of your holiday.
You will find comfort and calm upon entering this spacious holiday home. It is built over 3 floors with the added bonus of a relaxing roof terrace that is sure to be a popular spot during the early evening. This is because you can enjoy a well-deserved drink while witnessing the wonderful natural occurrence of a Phuket sunset. Don’t worry; the sun will be back on duty bright and early the next morning!
The villa’s three floors have been extremely well laid out and the generous amount of beautiful teak wood fittings and furnishings add appeal and beauty to your surroundings. The main floor houses a spacious and beautifully furnished open plan living area which also offers easy access to your own swimming pool and pool terrace.
While bedtime may not be the most important thing on your mind, the villa’s 3 double bedrooms are all on the 3rd floor. The Master and second bedroom both feature en-suite bathrooms, and all three of the bedrooms have been designed with comfort in mind. The lowest level offers laundry facilities.
Karon Beach – Isolated spots and busy, colourful markets
You really must drag yourself away from the relaxation of your private swimming pool to explore Karon Beach with its beautiful white sand. It is 5km in length, and a beach stroll will reveal plenty of isolated spots for you to soak up your surroundings. Equally you will have no problem finding shops, handicraft stalls, bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
A ‘must visit’ is the Karon market which is held in the Temple grounds of Wat Karon. This takes place every Tuesday and Saturday starting around 16.00hrs. All manner of merchandise is on sale, and a wander around the fresh produce stalls will reveal some extremely interesting locally grown fruits as well as Thai food stalls galore. You will surely find you something to test those taste buds on.
Patong’s nightlife and shopping are just a 10-15 minute drive north, and the many golf courses and attractions of Kathu and Phuket Town are a 15 minute drive to the east.

The second bedroom also gives you a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. You will find a comfortable queen sized bed in the 3rd bedroom.浴室
The villa has 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The master bathroom contains a Jacuzzi bathtub, shower, wash basin and western toilet, while the en-suite bathroom attached to the 2nd bedroom comes with a shower, wash basin and western toilet. Your third bathroom is downstairs by the kitchen area. This is for communal and guest use, and contains a western toilet and wash basin.厨房
Once you have purchased local produce at the Karon Market the elected chef of your party will be able to prepare and cook meals with ease in the European kitchen. As well as black granite countertops for food preparation there are plenty of cabinets for storage. Amongst the appliances you will find an electric 4-ring cooking hob, conventional and microwave ovens, a kettle and fridge/freezer which will help keep your foods fresh and your drinks cold.客厅
Anyone in need of a sofa-stretch will find the 3 seat L-shaped sofa in the lounge area just perfects. There is a coffee table for your book or drink, and a 40” flat screen TV offering international cable channels, if movies are your thing there is a DVD player. When it comes to serving up the delights of the day there are a couple of choices. Your formal indoor dining area hosts a 6 place dinning suite. This means the whole party can sit down together and enjoy each others’ company whilst also enjoying the ‘chef’s’ chosen specialty.
