With a modern tropical design and set over 2 levels, you can absorb stunning garden and pool views directly from your living space, or even gaze out towards the distant sea-views from your private balcony. It really is that spectacular.

Relax amidst the estate’s gardens where you will find a terrace with a BBQ, all within close proximity to the pool.

There are 3 bedrooms in the villa. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and balconies, while the 3rd has twin beds, perfect for families with kids. All the bedrooms have fans and air-conditioning.



Badezimmer

There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, one of which that is ensuite for the master bedroom. The downstairs bathroom is shared by 2 bedrooms, while the 3rd is for guests. All the bathrooms have toilets, wash basins, vanity sets and showers.

The kitchen is built to high European standards with lots of modern appliances, also including a washing machine.

The lounge is located on the 2nd floor, home to 2 sofas big enough for 6 people. There is a TV with international channels, internet connections and a ceiling fan. The lounge’s balcony is a great place to enjoy expansive views.

The dining room is part of the open plan living space, benefitting from a grand 6-seat wooden dining table, with views out to the garden.
