Over the last six months with occupation exceeding 80% at about THB 1050.00 per person most people find the rate excellent value for money?   "Enjoyed 2 weeks in this fabulous villa, Very spacious inside with efficient air conditioning. We used it every evening ans were pleasantly surprised to find that we had no incurred extra electricity costs. The daily maid service was efficient, carried out by friendly stuff and any minor problems were solved very quickly. To be fair they were few and far between. We made good use of the outside space, particular the covered seating area which is excellent. It was really nice to have the luxury of secluded gardens. There are restaurants and small shops within easy walking distance of the villa which again we considered to be a benefit. We would certainly consider using the villa again when next in the area. "

  "Hello, If you are thinking of staying at this property or doing any searching just go ahead and save your time because Thailand Holiday Homes are the nicest and most fairly priced by far! I did my research prior to coming and spent way too much time getting price quotes from other villas in the area (I am always trying to get the best deal, that’s just how I am) including some hotels. The bottom line is this property was BY FAR the best deal. Its clean, the service is excellent and they make you feel like you are at home plus it’s close to all the action but far enough away to get away from all the city life if you want! I am going to make this short and sweet. WE HAD A BLAST! We are already planning our next trip to come back! Can’t wait! Thanks Paul and gang!"

  "We had a wonderful time and the house was fantastic. Just back on the website to book for October! Our children loved the pool and from our booking until the end of our holiday in one word perfect. New car, friendly hostess and maids, garden and pool well maintained. Great Service!!!   "Hi Paul and THH team. Really the best villa we have had a chance to stay ever, 5 stars. House just has been renovated and everything is fresh and brand new. We've enjoyed so much the big pool terrace with bbq, spacious living room with pool table, and cozy bedrooms with teakwood furniture and rich linens. Kitchen is very well equipped, with everything we might wish. We will definitely come back to Chatmanee next year, and I would highly recommend this villa as well as Thailand Holidays Home at all to everybody. Take care and good luck! Thanks.   "Hi Paul, Nom and Team well our large group is back in OZ, although we all know where we would rather be. Many thanks for a great stay once again. No sure what you said to Mr Vee but it worked, and he was very receptive to all our requests. In particular the driver he arranged for the Mini-bus to the airport (very good driver). I also noted Tuk-Ta is available to arrange group activities etc...unfortunately we didn't tap into that until close to the end of the visit. I now have another group looking at coming early next year, we will also be there in March with 4 and also in August with a larger group. Overall the visit was good, for Aussies the vehicles are real winners and the Villas just sell themselves. It was also noted that the Russians were a little thin on the ground which made the shopping aspects a little brighter. Our best meal (group vote) was at the Punch and Judy Pub in Soi 8 (off the Tesco road), very well priced and good grub. Anyway Paul that was our 8th visit to Pattaya and the best to date. See you in 2014 and regards to the team."

  "Paul and Nom Just a quick note of THANKS We rented Baan Chatmanee from 12/3/2012 to 24/03/2012 . WHAT CAN I SAY . It was fantastic to relax in such surroundings - The pool,the villa,gardens excellent !!!!!. We had a few minor maintenance problems which were attended too by your staff promptly.The cleaning, garden and pool crew were great always happy and smiling and not intrusive . Thanks again for such a relaxing holiday . Please give my special thanks to Elle she was really top notch ( employee of the month I am sure ) Kindest Regards Mr Kim Britter p.s.   "We loved it! There is nothing better than staying in a villa with your friends when visiting Thailand, and through our long experience, we find Thailand Holiday Homes to be the best. Baan Chatnamee has a large garden and private swimming pool, which is a great place to relax and unwind. Everything was top notch – the location at Viewpoint Village in Jomtien is convenient just under 1km to the beach, the house was comfortable and spacious, and the privacy was out of this world. We have been friends with the customer service girl, Ing, for quite some time now and she is beautiful and such a nice girl. Anything we needed or a question we needed answering, she was always available to help us out. You just don’t get service like that in a hotel. I can’t wait to get back to Iran to tell all my friends about it! Thanks for such a great time. "

  "We want to say a big thank you to the Thailand Holiday Homes team for great service. Me and my 2 friends stayed in Baan Chatmanee in Viewpoint Village Jomtien during our 8 days stay. The villa made the holiday something special. This is the first time we have stayed in a villa instead of a hotel. The services were much more personal than a hotel and the privacy we had was outta this world. This was the best place ever, we'll be back again in 6 months and will never go back to hotels again. The location in Jomtien at Viewpoint Village was great. You can have that quiet holiday but still be near enough to everything. We want to say a big thank you to the customer service girls, Ing and Nueng, they couldn't have been more helpful. See you in 6 months! Adam and the guys "

  "During my first trip to Pattaya this was the bungalow me and my friend stayed in. All I can say is fantastic, the quality of accomadation on offer is truly better than any hotel you could stay in. The maid service everyday was second to none and the pool is just the icing on the cake. Many a days spent just relaxing in your own private garden and having that oppurtunity to jump in the pool when it get that little too hot! Would definatly stay in this bungalow again."
