Baan Duan is a highly comfortable and vibrantly decorated five-bedroom villa in a gated community just 1.5 km from Jomtien beach. The villa has a free-form pool with easy steps to suit all levels of swimmers, and sun-loungers for those seeking a holiday tan. A covered terrace with table and chairs means you also get to enjoy some al fresco dining.
The living room with soft leather sofa and armchairs is perfect for gathering around to enjoy the home entertainment centre with a 50-inch TV, DVD player and surround sound system. The dining room with high leather-back chairs offers real elegance for holiday meals, and the modern kitchen includes all appliances you might need, including a large refrigerator, cooker, oven, and a wide array of cooking essentials.
Baan Duan's lovely bedrooms all come with flat-screen TVs and are perfect to enjoy that well-deserved rest during your trip to Thailand's premier east coast resort area. Unlike Pattaya's main beach, Jomtien has a laid back vibe, attracting more of a reserved type of beach goer. The area also boasts some exquisite restaurants which specialize in fish and seafood. Around dusk, the beach side diners start to lay out the catch of the day for you to inspect. See something you want and have it cooked to order either on the BBQ, fried or steamed.

"Понравился двор, бассейн. За всем этим следили. Чистили постоянно, брали пробы. Растения во дворе поливали, старые листья убирали. В доме не очень понравилось. На втором этаже не все душевые работали, чувствовался запах канализации. На кровати, где спала я нельзя даже рукой двинуть, скрипит так, что все просыпались. Все остальное нормально. Бытовые приборы работали, за исключением того что один день были без воды из-за поломки насоса. В самой деревне редко вывозится мусор, поэтому на улице не приятный запах. Понравился персонал фирмы. На любую просьбу сразу реагировали и старались помочь."

"Hi all we had a great time at your villas everything was perfect apart from your rep ann who basically ripped us off for the boat trip we paid 40,000 baht and had no food which she said was in the price. Even the crew on the boat said that was standard and was suprised we asked for no food.We thank you for not charging us for a late check out to compensate for that but it was not about the money as our boat trip was spoilt. So in future we will be booking trips direct,you really need to speak to her as she is playing with your great reputation . Thanks see you again very soon. "

"Wow, what a great holiday! Baan Duan was the perfect villa for the boys from Estonia. We could play our music without worrying about upsetting those next door. You can't party in a hotel, but you can on Viewpoint! Not only was the house nicely decorated but also cleaned everyday. The location was perfect. We had easy access to Jomtien Beach and Pattaya was just a five minute drive away. The customer care girls were always on hand to help us out.
