Debonair Grande Villa is a luxury villa, beautifully decorated throughout to a very high modern standard. It is situated in a quiet gated location just 1 km from Jomtien beach. The newly refurbished 6 bedroom property has everything you need for a great tropical holiday: a large private waterfall swimming pool with a built in Jacuzzi and an outdoor shower, purpose-built BBQ, indoor and al fresco dining, and much more.
The villa’s swimming pool has a salt system so there are minimal chemicals in the pool. Soak in some sun on the loungers, enjoy a fun day barbecuing, and be sure to spend some time in the Jacuzzi. The outdoor dining table is the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Also, the glass sliding doors from the patio take you straight to the lounge area, joining the interior and exterior of this property in perfect harmony.
The open plan living space inside the villa is fantastic. It has a large dining table, great for family meals, and a new fully equipped European kitchen. The spacious living area is warm and welcoming, featuring a large sofa and a flat screen TV with 100+ international channels in six different languages (English, Russian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Korean). A large dining table suitable for 10 people is perfectly located within the open plan living space near the kitchen.
There are 6 bedrooms in total; two are located on the ground floor with small garden views, and fitted with en suite bathrooms. The other 4 boutique style garden view bedrooms are on the second floor. All bedrooms come with air conditioning, wall-mounted TVs, wardrobes, safety deposit boxes, and latex mattresses for extra comfort. Two of the second floor bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and the third and fourth bedroom share a bathroom with separate access points. One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. For maximum comfort, there is a communal bathroom situated on the ground floor within the living area.
Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Area
The villa is located in a perfect location that meets all holiday needs, just 1 km from Jomtien beach. It is also close to the Sukhumvit road, making it very easy to get around. A 5-minute drive can take you to big supermarkets, and it takes a short 15-minute drive to Pattaya Walking Street. Pattaya Floating Market and Underwater world are within easy reach and both excellent attractions. Jomtien is a very popular destination for families and groups, with a wide range of international and Thai restaurants catering to all tastes. Seafood restaurants are plentiful and close to Jomtien's palm lit beaches by night, making it a relaxed and romantic setting.
