Jomtien Beach, South Pattaya
Divinity Villa is Located right next to the beach and has direct access, so a yacht owners can anchor off shore in front of the villa. It is also just a kilometre south of Jomtien Beach for when you want something a little more lively. There are plenty of other tourist attractions in the surrounding area and Pattaya is just 5 kilometres away. A short trip across the sea will also take you to some tropical islands, including the pristine Koh Larn (Coral Island).

There are two bedrooms in the garden ‘chalet’ and one of them leads right out onto the beach, with security gates to keep you safe at night. There is also a comfortable seating area in this room and both rooms are fully equipped with clear screen shower rooms.In the main house there is a downstairs bedroom with its own patio door and pebble garden. Upstairs is where you’ll find a bedroom suite on the mezzanine level. It has its own patio doors leading out to a balcony that has an amazing view of the Ocean. On the next level up there is another bedroom that has incredible sea views from its own large balcony, which has lounge style seating. On the top-floor, there is another suite with magnificent views, a small balcony, walk-in wardrobe, and an ante-room large glass-roofed WC room. All bedrooms are fitted with flat screen TVs and DVDs for your private viewing pleasure.

All the bathrooms are ensuite and feature large multi-person clear screen showers. The WCs in the bathrooms have their own sections, closed off by modesty doors.Cuisine
The spacious kitchen area has all the modern appliances you’ll need including a dishwasher, microwave, gas wok-burners with a space-age extractor fan, island preparation unit as well as a TV, so you can tune into cooking shows or anything else, while you prepare your meals. If you don’t want to cook, Wad the housekeeper will do all the work for you, she’ll buy the food, prepare the meals and clean up after. She charges a modest 1000 baht for breakfast, lunch, or dinner regardless of the number of guests served, so any meal for up to 12 guests is just 1000 baht. It’s more affordable than eating out.Salon
