Family Booking: The villa can accommodate additional 5 children (up to the age of 14 years) at an extra charge of 500 THB per child per night.
The Manor does not accept short term bookings for Party functions.
Glorious 7 bedroom villa for rent at Huay Yai
Whether you have a special occasion to celebrate with your beloved ones or simply wish to experience a holiday of a lifetime with extended family, you can’t go wrong with Huay Yai Manor. Set in the scenic countryside in Huay Yai, this seven-bedroom villa majestically sits within its own private grounds. It features a large garden perfect for sharing special moments, and an interior sleeping 14 adults.
Huay Yai Manor is set over two levels in a U-shape design with the swimming pool and terrace area at the centre, accessed from most parts of the ground floor. Sit back on the terrace that overlooks the large private swimming pool, bar area, Jacuzzi/kids’ pool, and the huge manicured lawn gardens. For additional fun, the villa has a game room with a pool table, where you are sure to spend many joyful moments as well.
There are 7 bedrooms in total, sleeping 14 adults and 2 kids. Five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining two are upstairs. Four of the bedrooms could rightly be described as suites because of their spacious floorplans. These suites can accommodate up to 5 extra single beds for children, if desired (extra beds are charged at 500 THB/night). Each bedroom has a double bed, 32 inch flat screen TV with international channels, air-conditioning and wardrobe facilities. Some of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, but all have easy bathroom access. All 6 bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins; two of the bathrooms also have bathtubs, and one has a Jacuzzi.
The main kitchen is part of the open plan living area and also connects to a smaller Thai kitchen at the back. Between the two kitchens, there are lots of appliances available - such as an oven, washing machine, toaster, rice cooker, sandwich maker, water heater, a 3-ring gas hob, microwave, and refrigerator. The lounge faces out towards the pool and is home to a U-shape couch and seating for 12 people. Here you will find a large flat-screen TV with international channels. As part of the open plan living space, the dining area has an 8-seat dining table.
Although the Huay Yai Manor is in the countryside, the 14-seat minibus and a driver are included in the rate for 8 hours a day, which ensures that you have easy access to all of the Pattaya’s greatest attractions. Any extra hours of minibus usage will be charged at THB 150 per hour, plus fuel, parking and toll fees. This service does not include any airport transfers.
Huay Yai, South of Pattaya
The location of this villa in Huay Yai is very private down a quiet side street and has a real countryside setting to it. The villa is 9 km away from Na Jomtien Beach and 11 km from the main part of Jomtien where you will find lots of bars and restaurants. The villa is ideal for those who wish for a tranquil holiday experience, and with a 14-seat minibus at your disposal there isn’t a place in the Pattaya region you can’t easily visit. If you like golf, then both Phoenix and Siam Country Club golf clubs are all under a 10-minute drive.

"The host is very friendly. The house is unexpectedly huge and nice, the swimming poo is incredibly big too. Just one reminder that the living room is huge but without air conditioning, that will deduct abit the comfortable feeling when all of us trying to enjoy the dinner together in there. There is a big playroom located at the basement, very suitable to come with kids. The location is quite remote to the town, but if you plan well beforehand of your daily itin that could be fine. Driver and van are included, which is definitely a merit to this villa. We all enjoyed the stay here."
