This 2-bed villa is the perfect place for 4 persons and positioned in Mae Nam’s serene countryside just a short distance from the main road and boasts beautiful gardens as well as a shared pool.

The Perfect 2-bedroom Villa in Mae Nam with Communal Pool

This beautiful villa sleeps 4 and sits in the countryside just a short distance from Soi 1 that runs through Mae Nam. Its perfect location allows guests to experience an undisturbed, relaxing holiday, while still remaining within close proximity to the local amenities and Mae Nam town centre. 

The villa is just a short detour off the main road as you make your way into the countryside. The complex itself is pleasantly secluded but with a great sense of security. Admire the well kept tropical gardens as you enter as well as the shared pool that the property overlooks.

The villa’s interior is modern and simplistic with eye-catching pieces of furniture and artwork throughout. The main living area is located at the front of the property including the living/dining room and Western kitchen. There are two further double bedrooms and a large main bathroom at the rear of the property. In front of the villa’s entrance sits the patio area with luxury loungers overlooking the pool and surrounding scenery offering the perfect setting for daytime relaxation.

The villa has also been fitted with an array of mod-cons including a flat screen television within the main living area, air conditioning throughout and a high-speed optical fibre connection for the best WiFi service possible.


Short Drive to the Centre of Mae Nam 

Guests can reach Mae Nam by car or on foot (approximately a 10 minute walk to the main Soi), where you can browse an array of shops, dine in the local restaurants or make your way to the beautiful beach. Additionally Ban Tai and Bophut are both within close proximity should you wish to extend your exploration further.

The living room is tucked neatly into one end of the property, where guests can recline on the sofas and admire the surrounding views outside through the large, glass doors. There is also a flat screen television for an additional element of entertainment and an array of channels to choose from.
