Villa Rune 302 is situated in a resort with multiple 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom villas for rent so you can plan your holidays with an extended group of family and friends. There is a bar/restaurant on the premise where you can try some of the popular Thai dishes. Also, the complex has a sister resort on Chaweng beach where you can use the facilities free of charge, and there is a shuttle bus that operates between the two several times a day.
From the villa’s entrance, on the lower level you will come across the covered pool area that features a couple of sunbeds, tables and chairs. An open plan living room with kitchen and dining is just steps away, making the flow from indoor to outdoor spaces seamless and easy. This entire area is facing lush greenery all round, featuring breezes and soothing sounds of the nature. The living room is modern and airy, with a sofa set and flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and air-con. Behind it there is a dining room table for 6 people, and a western-style kitchen with a 2-ring electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, where you can prepare your meals if you wish to do so.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons in its 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with a king size bed, wardrobe and TV, set on the second floor. The spacious master bedroom has additional a terrace and en suite bathroom with shower and bath tub. The second bedroom has a small working corner (desk and chair). The second bathroom with shower is shared between the 2 guest bedrooms while the third bathroom with shower is located on the lower floor, next to the living room.
The design of the villa is contemporary, with high-quality fittings and homely décor. There is a washing machine and safe parking space on the premise, and free Wi-Fi and daily maid service are included in the rate.

The villa is set in a very peaceful part of Koh Samui, yet in close proximity to some of the island’s most visited parts. Chaweng, the trendiest neighbourhood in Samui that boasts restaurants, clubs, shops and a popular beach, is a short 5-minute drive away from the property. Less than a kilometer away, south of Chaweng Beach, you will find Chaweng Noi Beach with its many charming local eateries. Samui International Airport is 6 km away from the villa, and Fisherman’s Village and Bo Phut Pier are about 6.8 km away.
