Upon walking into Equilibrium Villa, guests will notice an uncommon feature: an elevator transporting guests to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th storeys. Two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, each accommodating 2 guests and offer modern decor and striking art work placed above the headboards. Walking up the stairs, or taking the elevator, the second floor opens up into an impressive living, kitchen and dining area. The third floor is dedicated to master bedroom/bathroom, and the final staircase leads to the rooftop lounging deck. Here, guests can take a dip in the private pool and gaze out over Rawai Beach.

Each of the 4 bedrooms are unique with individual colour schemes, artwork and linens. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 on the 3rd level all feature sleeping accommodations for 2 people.
