This modern two-bedroom pool villa stands out for its location on a hillside overlooking the southern side of the Patong Bay and its glass encased master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The villa is set over four levels starting with the ground floor garage with electronic doors. After climbing the outside steps you enter the glass-fronted open-plan living space that combines a lounge, dining room and kitchen area.
Views of Patong Beach and Bay are everywhere as you exit the dining room’s concertina doors out to the patio. Here you will find tables and chairs and sun loungers overlooking the 7x2sqm infinity swimming pool. The bedrooms are on the third level. There is a roof terrace on the fourth floor where you can enjoy those picturesque views overlooking the Andaman Sea. There is ceiling ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the whole villa.
Patong, Phuket West Coast
The quiet main road, with a local convenience shop, restaurant and ATM, is about 500m away from the villa. This road is in good condition but will take some careful navigation as it is quite steep. Just 1.5km drive away is the entertainment hub of Patong and its wide selection of restaurants, shops and nightlife. Around this area you'll find many of the island attractions from the famous nightlife, to cultural sights and fun activities.
