Entering the villa from the substantial pool area, the lower level features 5 bedrooms - 3 rooms have direct pool access. Four of the ground floor bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and there is another bathroom in front of the fifth bedroom. Two of these bedrooms have king size beds, the third one has a king size bed plus a single bed, the forth room has two sets of bunk beds, and the last room has a set of bunk beds plus a single bed. One of the living areas with the game room is on this floor, bringing endless fun to all: cable TV, DVD player, surround system, workout space, pool table and dart board - just choose what you like. The fully equipped western kitchen is on this level as well, including a comfortable Thai sitting area.
The first floor features 2 more bedrooms, including the large master bedroom with walk-in closet and king size bed. The other room has two single beds; both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and there is a sizable tub in the master bathroom. Next to them is another living space with comfortable sofas, 50’’ cable TV with DVD player, blue tooth speakers and a selection of movies. Finally, there is a sheltered balcony with a 14-seater table, perfect for dinners against lush natural backdrop.
The villa is placed within a smartly built estate that offers absolute retreat and privacy. The interior is a crossover between modern western and lush Asian style, with rich and colourful details and paintings. The rates include daily cleaning as well as Wi-Fi access.
