The first king-size bedroom is on the ground floor and is equipped with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. It has a 40”flatscreen TV with DVD and fantastic views of the garden. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The front king size room has a double wardrobe, and another 40” flat screen TV with digibox, as well as a balcony with a table and two armchairs. High sloping ceilings with windows in the gables give this room a really cosy air. The fourth bedroom on the top floor leads out onto the roof terrace where there is a bar with six stools and fantastic views.

Salles de bains

The downstairs en suite has two solid wood sliding doors, two glass countertop basins with a large mirror above and a modern style shower. The rear bathroom upstairs is of a similar design, and the front bedroom has a glazed door leading into the en suite, with the same high standards. The en suite on the top floor has a single basin and spectacular jungle views.

Cuisine

The modern kitchen has a built-in fridge with freezer below, electric oven and dishwasher, as well as a four-ring ceramic hob set into a dark granite worktop with an extractor above. There is also a large capacity stainless steel sink and draining board in front of the window, a toaster, a European kettle, and plenty of glasses and crockery.

Salon

The living room is located just beyond the entrance to the villa. Contained within is an L-shaped upholstered sofa unit with an oblong coffee table in front of it and a massive 55” Sony flat screen TV with home cinema and DVD player. There is also a ceiling fan and air-conditioning, so you can keep cool at all times.

Salle à manger

The oblong dining room table can seat up to six guests. There is also a full sized table on the decked balcony outside, where there is a large gas barbeque for when you want to cook up a feast and dine al fresco.
