Too bad that filtration system of swimming pool was only turned on ,on day of check-in so pool water was not properly filtered and it took 5 days to clear up! And we were leaving after 5 days stay.

Over the last six months with occupation exceeding 80% at about THB 1050.00 per person most people find the rate excellent value for money?

The villa is very big and enough for 14 persons. It's beautiful and clean because of newly renovation. Two rooms at the upper floor have a connecting balcony. There are many kitchen appliances for cooking, drinking and BBQ. The internet wifi is fast. The pool is not so big but enough for us. The staff are very nice and efficient. My family and my friends appreciate my choice. Thank you Paul, Kwan and other staff. We will back soon.

The place is almost 400 metres inside the main road, hence one need to walk to get a cab or public transport. It is almost 2 km from main beach area. The place was infected with cockroach and spider and needs an immediate intervention. The rooms and spacious and equipped with TV. The kitchen is well equipped with equipment that makes a longer stay more comfortable.

This villa is exactly 600 meters from the beach as stated on our website, Pattaya beach in the city is about 2Km perhaps this is the beach you are reffering too? Taxis regularly travel just 10 meters from this villa if you had a problem as you know we arrange door to door service on request it’s just a call away to your customer service manager or house staff.
Our apologies about the cleanliness standard and bugs this is Thailand, however, we will notify head of housekeeping and call in the pest control people and have the house sprayed, had you advised us of these problems as they arose we could have eradicated these issues immediately.

Overall it was fine but the water was not smooth enough for washing. ( not strong)The swimming pool too much cholorine that made all of us allergy especially the children. And it was a pity there was no scissor it was really hard for us cause we as a visitor wouldn't carry a scissor. Hope that the above mention could improve if we could visit the coming vacation. I regret to say that water pressure is a problem in Thailand generaly, we will speak to the engineers and see if we can improve this for future clients.
There is no excuse for a wrongly balanced PH for the pool we will certainly get the water tested again and correct the PH Balance.
Scissors, not a huge demand item, had you spoken with my support staff we most certainly would have provided you with a set no problem.
In all great you enjoyed the house and had a good experience your comments will assist us to improve our service standards.

Everything was perfect. Alexander was there to welcome us, he explained all about the flat, everything was clear and simple between us. Then we had a great time in this house: great view, spacious, very well equipped and maintained... The swimming pool is large and beautiful, the tennis court in synthetic grass are very convenient and we loved to spend the afternoon contemplating the sea from the pool deck. I will come back!!
