This cosy 2 bedroom holiday villa is tucked towards the rear of an established and secure village set away from Jomtien's 2^nd road. For a peaceful atmosphere which allows you to walk to everything Jomtien has to offer, it's perfect.

The villa is surrounded by perimeter walls for privacy. Entry to the outside terrace is through a secure gate and inside you'll find the stone terrace with the swimming pool to your left. The terrace offers sun-loungers and an umbrella.  There is also a stone table with bench seats as well as a small glass table with chairs. This area is excellent for relaxing, dining or when having a peaceful drink. The proximity of the swimming pool means taking a dip will become a very regular occurrence. There is also an outdoor shower area for added convenience.

You enter the modern open-plan living space through glass patio doors. Here there is a leather sofa, coffee table and large flat-screen television for your enjoyment. Behind this is the compact kitchen area with a breakfast bar. Meals can be eaten at this counter or at the table in the outdoor area. The main bedroom faces the swimming pool and glass patio doors give you direct access to the terrace and pool. Your second bedroom is behind this and also offers air-conditioning. The one shared bathroom has a step-in shower, wash basin and western toilet.

Jomtien Beach, South of Pattaya

The village's manned security entrance is on Jomtien's 2^nd Road. A 350 metre stroll to your left will take you to some restaurants, a local market and a beer bar complex. While crossing the road and walking up one of the streets will get you to the heart of Jomtien Beach in just a 5 minute stroll.

Jomtien is well known for its friendly, laid-back atmosphere which you will feel once settled in. For excursion days, you are a 5 minutes' walk from a baht-bus route which will take you from Jomtien into the non-stop Pattaya city centre in just 10 minutes. Here shopping, eating and drinking opportunities are everywhere.

Day excursions can easily be arranged through one of the many travel agents around Beach Road although the likelihood is that you will spend most of your time between your own private swimming pool and the enjoyable atmosphere of Jomtien Beach.
