2 Storey 2 bed pristine villa with communal facilities for rent
Discover stunning beaches and coconut groves of Samui Island while staying in a modern complex that features only 6 semi-detached villas. This is a setting that guarantees enough privacy for large as well as small parties while offering great communal facilities and onsite staff available 24 hours per day. You will fall in love with the picturesque garden and pool area with comfortable sunbeds; kick back in shade under an umbrella, or work up a sun tan – the choice is yours. When you get tired of swimming and sun lounging, you can head to the seclusion of your two private balconies from which you can take in some lovely natural views.
The 2-bedroom 3-bathroom villa has two floors. Both bedrooms are set on the villa’s first floor and equipped with king-size beds, closets, ceiling fans and air-cons, night stands, and black out curtains. Both rooms also come with modern-looking en suite bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom has a balcony with a small table and two chairs, an ideal spot for greeting each new day and having morning coffee or fresh fruit juice.
The villa’s lounge and other common areas are located on the ground floor. The living area is open plan and it includes a dining room and kitchen; additionally, there is another balcony with a table, and a guest toilet. The living room includes a settee with a coffee table and a flat-screen Cable TV with CD/DVD player and a choice of movies. The dining table is set for 4 and placed between the lounge and the kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a selection of dishware and appliances such as a toaster, kettle, refrigerator and a hob. This entire space is modern and bright due to many windows that help create a warm tropical atmosphere.
Daily maid service and free Wi-Fi internet are included in the rate. Additional services are available at an extra cost, such as BBQ, delivery from local restaurants, tours, transportation, and more.
Bo Phut, northern Samui coast
The resort is set amongst the hills of Bophut, a beach village in northern Samui. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get to the traditional Fisherman's Village that hosts a walking street market every Friday evening. The Fisherman’s Village is on the east side of the family-friendly Bo Phut beach. For those wishing to visit busy Chaweng with its shopping and plentiful nightlife options, reaching the town’s centre will take about 15 minutes from the villa.
