Custom-made 3-bed Luxury Villa with Pool for Rent
The house has three levels: the glorious master bedroom spreads over the top floor that has amazing views. The room has a king size bed, sofa and TV. In front of it there is a dressing area, and a large master bathroom with a Jacuzzi, an electric shower and a TV.
The first floor features other two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One of the rooms is smaller and with queen size bed, also with an alarm system in front. The other bedroom features a king size bed and a wardrobe; there is also a lovely terrace with a Jacuzzi and dining area. Both bedrooms have non-transparent glass doors, TVs, air-cons and ceiling fans.
From the entrance on the ground level, you will come across the turquoise swimming pool on the left. Next to it is the open plan living/dining room with a sofa, ceiling mounted TV and a dining table. The elegant European black and white kitchen in granite and tiles is on the left and fully furnished, including a large fridge, dishwasher, 2 gas burners, electric stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker.
The villa has a private parking as well as an electric gate, CCTV and security alarm. Free Wi-Fi has a fantastic coverage throughout the building, and daily maid service is included in the rate.
