Four Bedroom Residence for Rent at Pratumnak Hill
Nestled within a brand-new private estate, this two-floor four-bedroom villa has a refined and ultra-modern design, instantly impressing even the most discerning traveller. The villa can sleep up to nine persons, and is the perfect rental home for those looking for that special contemporary-style accommodation close to the beach.
The villa’s exterior shows off a neat and tidy garden with a swimming pool, BBQ unit and sun-loungers. The pool area is overlooked by a large luxurious terrace flanked by tall glass windows leading into a breath-taking living area with neon-lit decorations. If you wish to have a cocktail party or a family game night, this versatile space will easily turn your every wish into reality.
The open plan living space combines a lounge, dining room with a majestic eight-seat marble dining table, and the main Western-style kitchen. The lounge features a sizable leather sofa and a flat-screen TV with international satellite channels. There is another smaller lounge area on the lower level equipped with a sofa and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with international channels.
There are two kitchens at the villa. The main one is in the heart of the living area, featuring white marble countertops and wooden units. High-end appliances include a coffee machine, two double-door refrigerators with freezers, a kettle, toaster and a three-ring electric stove. The second kitchen is located in the lower-level living area, also featuring an array of high quality appliances that include an oven and a microwave. This space can be used as a kids’ lounge, or utilised for cooking classes.
The four bedrooms are large, each distinctly designed and furnished for total comfort. All of them have en suite bathrooms, double beds, wooden floors, wardrobe spaces and flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom’s en suite bathroom has a large Jacuzzi, and there is a bathtub in another en suite bathroom. There are two guest toilets at the villa, as well as a fully-equipped fitness room.

"Overall it was a positive experience. This is our 3rd year in a row renting a villa from Thailand Holiday Homes. We really like this villa and we look forward to coming back same time next year. The only thing you have to watch for is the electricity. We incurred about 3,000 baht in extra utilities after a 7 day stay. but, the cost split 3 ways was not a big deal. Next time we will refrain from running the AC all day. The only complain that we have was the gym in the villa was not working and the equipment was a bit rusty. other than that, we were very happy with the villa. "

"This villa was truly amazing. Big is an understatement to the size of this property. All facilities were top notch and the gym was just an added bonus. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a higher end property. Now there is a huge apartment block being built right next door but this did not bother us as work is almost completed and we didn't hear much noise from it. This may be bit of an issue once it is completed and people move in as they will be able to see right though the villa especially with the massive glass wall facing the apartment building. Overall we had a fantastic stay here. There are however two things which prevented me from rating this 5 stars. The first is the daily electricity limit. It is no were near enough to what it should be. Even if you are really careful you are still going to go over. If the daily limit is doubled then you may (I say may) be OK. The second was that on the third day of our stay the main TV in the living room broke down and after contacting management who said they will get it fixed, twice, no engineer came round to fix it. Which to us was a bit of a shame as we spent over two weeks in the villa. "

"The villa is so luxury, everything is huge. The facilities are great, I love the kitchen and all the utensils very much. It takes a great deal of electricity to cool the villa. Though I need to pay about THB1,000 per night on electricity, the overall price to stay in the villa is relatively cheap as the villa is new and relaxing. The garden is pretty and the pool is clean. I know this is not easy to keep. That is why workers start to work early in the morning and keep going in and out the villa the whole day. The overall experience was really nice, even there was a construction site right next to the villa, there was not much noise detected. Great place! "
