Baan Duan Chai is a bright and welcoming property, situated in a quiet gated estate just 1.5 km from Jomtien beach. Ideal for groups of up to 10 people, the villa is warmly decorated and fitted for maximum enjoyment of all guests. From the homely living room to the comfortable outdoor terrace with wicker furniture, here you will find many pleasurable corners to unwind in.
The villa’s private swimming pool comes with fun fountains, sun loungers, and surrounding shaded areas. Delight in the hues of the pool and the surrounding flora while kicking back and socialising, or retreat to a quieter corner to read a book. Inside the house, the open-plan living area provides every comfort and is also a wonderful place for everyone to gather and watch the large-screen TV or simply hang out. There is a DVD player so you could catch some holiday movies together.
The western-style kitchen makes home catering a pleasure. It has plenty of work space and appliances such as refrigerator/freezer, cooker with extractor fan, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities. A handsome wood table and chairs are in the dining area, which is conveniently a part of the open-plan living space.
There are five elegantly decorated bedrooms at the villa, supplied with wardrobes and high quality beds to ensure sleeping comfort. While there are five bathrooms in total, three of them are en suite; one bathroom has a bathtub. A free maid service is on offer to help ensure you can really relax during your holiday in sunny Eastern Thailand.

"Viewpoint and Thailand Holiday Homes = WIN Paul at Thailand Holiday Homes made my enquiry easy and assisting with organizing 3 villas in close quarters to each other for a party of 16 in Viewpoint Village Jomtien. Everything prior to arriving was very smooth and made easy. He advised us of one original villa becoming unavailable and promptly organized a new one for us in the same location. Transfers were also organized through Paul which was pleasant for a group of 16 tired travellers. On arrival, Tuk showed us all 3 properties, and was very thorough in providing contact details if we needed assistance with anything, left business cards for taxi drivers to find our location easily (this came handy countless times in our 4 night stay), as well as advising us of policies and checking electricity meters. She also helped organize scooters which of course are always a convenient way of getting around. All three residences were comfortable and after staying in hotels we felt at home very easily and quickly. Everything was in working order and the pools were a lazy way of having a morning or evening dip. Convenience stores and local restaurants location nearby, Viewpoint were a short distance from Jomtien beach, and a brief drive to Pattaya Walking Street. After a day, we were glad to be distant from Walking Street as our surroundings in Viewpoint were peaceful and convenient in its own way. Thanks to Thailand Holiday Homes for making our stay pleasant and would definitely consider another stay with Paul and his crew, hopefully for a longer period next time."
