Baan Phailin dispose de quatre chambres spacieuses, chacune équipée de l'air conditionné et d'une salle de bain attenante. Deux des chambres sont équipées d'un lit King Size, la troisième chambre d'un lit Queen Size et la quatrième de deux lits simples.浴室
La villa comporte cinq salles de bain. Quatre sont attenantes et disposent d'une douche, d'un lavabo et d'un WC. La cinquième salle de bain est située au niveau du séjour. Une femme de chambre s'assurera que vos serviettes sont changées régulièrement.厨房
La cuisine moderne propose des espaces de travail généreux et une large sélection d'appareils tels qu'un micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, machine à laver, fer et table à repasser, cuiseur de riz ainsi que des vaisselles et des couverts.客厅
