The two-bedroom Insignia Villa in Pattaya is set in a modern village on Pratumnak Hill. This rental features lots of space and a private swimming pool with gentle steps that are convenient for all levels of swimmers and all ages. Guests can also enjoy the charming clubhouse facilities that include a communal pool. The house is perfect for a family with children, or two couples sharing a vacation home.
All the areas at Insignia Villa are spacious and bright due to a high amount of natural light. There is lots of room to stretch out comfortably in the living area which has a sofa, leather-covered beanbag, flat-screen TV and a DVD to enjoy some holiday movies. The living room also opens up to the pool area through the glass doors so wherever you decide to relax, you will never be too far from enjoying a cooling dip.
The modern kitchen area has a breakfast-dining bar and is open plan with the living area. The kitchen facilities include a built-in oven, 4-burner gas hob with extractor, microwave, built-in oven, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, a toaster, and a kettle. There is also a dining room table that can seat up to six guests.
The airy master bedroom enjoys an expansive view straight to the pool and the warm tropical sunshine of Eastern Thailand; you can walk through the glazed patio doors for a dip whenever you wish from here as well. Both the master and the second bedroom feature king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. The fully-tiled master bathroom has a corner-set shower, marble-style worktop and a bathtub.
Pratumnak Hill, South Pattaya
Insignia Villa in Pattaya is ideally situated for a wide range of nearby attractions. Cosy Beach is a 400 m walk away. On the top of Pratumnak Hill sits a local temple with wonderful views. Pattaya Park is also on the hill, and restaurants, supermarkets, the Night Market, attractions and other amenities are just a ten-minute drive away. It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach Jomtien and Pattaya.
