The three-bedroom house is set over two floors and has a private swimming pool in the back garden. The lush garden enjoys lots of shade and features sunbeds, outdoor table and BBQ, which is everything you need for fun and laid back afternoons.
The main living, dining and kitchen areas are located on the ground floor of the villa, while the bedrooms are on the upper floor. The living room is very shaded, which is great during the hottest hours of the day. Although the lounge is very snug, you will find a settee, coffee table and a television with international and Thai cable channels. The dining room with a wooden dining table for 6 is placed next to the lounge. There are two kitchens on the premise: the modern western kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave and oven, and a separate Thai-style kitchen is home to a washing machine and water heater.
All three bedrooms at the villa have double beds and wardrobes. The master bedroom has a TV and DVD player, alongside an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a television. There are three bathrooms at the villa - the 2nd bathroom is shared between the second and third bedroom, and the 3rd bathroom is located downstairs next to the lounge.
