Just a 5-minute walk down to Jomtien Beach and close to a great selection of bars and international restaurants, this villa merges peaceful development living with the most convenient of locations. It is placed in a gated estate in the corner of a peaceful side-street, and set over 2 levels.
Entering through the villa’s gate, you will find yourself in a cosy garden with a large private swimming pool. There is an adjoining terrace with sun loungers, a 6-seat table, and a BBQ. Talk about relaxing during your tropical getaway! The terrace has lights and a ceiling fan, ensuring that you spend many a comfortable evening here.
On the ground floor, you will find a lounge, a bathroom, dining area, a Western-style kitchen and an outdoor Thai kitchen. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area is an inviting space furnished with a 40-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, DVD player and a sofa. The dining area is slightly raised from the lounge and has a 6-seat wood dining table, although you can always dine at the outdoor terrace by the pool.
There is a Western-style kitchen in the living area, and a Thai kitchen located out back. The appliances include a 2-ring gas hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster. All bedrooms are located upstairs, coming with double beds, vanity sets, 32 inch flat screen TVs, air-con and wardrobes. The 3 bathrooms in this villa all have toilets, wash basins and showers. There is a bathroom in the lounge area, and two are upstairs close to the bedrooms. The master bathroom also has a bathtub.
