Sunny Villa is a four-bedroom villa in Jomtien only 700 meters away from the beach and plenty of other attractions. With a two-floor spread and a 260 sqm built-up area, its space is suitable for all the needs of a party of up to 8 people. Whether you’re on a family vacation or travelling with friends, having Sunny Villa as your holiday base is a wonderful choice in terms of size and location.
The villa features a peaceful courtyard that provides lots of shade, as well as a swimming pool with full-length in-pool seating. The covered terrace area has sofas and ceiling fans and it is a great spot to spend your days in. There is also a BBQ so you can enjoy delectable fresh seafood without leaving the premise. A perimeter wall is enclosing the beautifully landscaped garden that features exotic Thai sculptures and bas-reliefs. The second garden runs the length of the opposite perimeter wall, with large golden statues and tropical plantings, providing privacy and a tranquil environment.
The house has been newly redecorated with Thai silks and rugs. There are four bedrooms, all containing double beds, en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and wardrobes. The Master Bedroom is upstairs and has access to the second floor terrace. Aside from having a double bed, it also has two bunk beds, perfect for families travelling with children.
The open plan living area has beautiful wooden shelving that takes up the entire wall at the far end of the room. The shelves are adorned with exquisite arts and crafts pieces that add a sense of wellbeing and class to the atmosphere. There is a large L-shaped sofa and a sizable flat-screen TV with international channels plus a DVD player. The dining room is a part of the living area and is conveniently close to the kitchen; there is a dining table that can seat up to 8 people. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with a really cosy feel, fully equipped for self-catering.

"A beautiful villa located in a quiet area, but Close to Beach and restaurants. "

"We had a family reunion in Sunny Villa consisting of 5 adults and 2 children. On arrival we found the safe had not been left open from previous occupants. On contacting the agent we were told to contact the taxi driver that brought us from the airport to the villa (Agent Office Driver). We were not to impressed that we had to do the chasing about. Eventually two men came and no luck, the office had lost the key. I contacted owner who did his best but could not solve the issue, we took documents and valuables out with us which we were not comfortable with. We had another issue with water, during afternoon no water was available, and again after several phone calls a man appeared who rectified the problem. The drains in the downstairs room had a bad smell some mornings, we bought our own bleach but didn't solve that problem. These are issues that if rectified i would have put 5 stars on this property. Despite above issues we had a great time in what was a spacious villa with nice pool. Its location is in a residential area and quiet at all times and only 3 minutes to main street. A taxi rank is just round the corner and we used him several times. Reliable and friendly. We requested a 12midday check out but was shunted out at 11am. Please bear in mind you have to pay for electric which is fair enough. Our bill for 14 nights was £84, this was not abusing the aircon either. I would use this property again if i attended Jomtien area."

"Sunny Villa - отличный вариант для размещения компании из восьми человек. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха - кухня, гостинная с большим обеденным столом, стиральная и посудомоечная машина, кофеварка, микроволновая печь и гриль-барбекю во дворе. Бассейн не слишком большой, но удачно расположен в тени под навесом. Вода комфортной температуры, не нагревается на солнце, всегда можно приятно освежиться. Но в то же время, остаётся достаточно тёплой до позднего вечера. Одно из важных преимуществ размещения на вилле, в отличии от отеля - купаться в бассейне можно в любое время дня и ночи. А если появится желание позагорать, то для этого есть прекрасный балкон на втором этаже. Балкон расположен на солнечной стороне, что позволяет загорать весь день на удобных шезлонгах. В открытой гостинной зоне удобные мягкие диваны и плетёные стулья, на которых можно почитать книгу или поиграть в карты "UNO". Спасибо персоналу, проводившему ежедневную уборку - быстро, качественно и ненавязчиво. Отдельное спасибо девушке менеджеру Elle! Встретила нас очень приветливо, и в процессе прибывания мы дважды обращались к ней по телефону - засорилась стиральная машина и закончился газ в балоне, подключенном к грилю-барбекю. Elle быстро помогла нам с решением этих вопросов. Нам очень понравилась Sunny Villa! С удовольствием приехали бы ещё, и на более продолжительное время. English translation: Sunny Villa is great choice for eight people staying. All what is necessary for comfortable holiday are there - kitchen, dining room with large dinning table, washing machine and dishwasher, coffemaker, microwave and bbq in the garden. The swimming pool is not very large but it is very good placed in the shadow under tent. Water there has comfortable temperature - it is not too warm under sun - it's always nicely to fresh up there. But at the same time the water staying warm enough to late evening. One of important advantages of the villa unlike a hotel - you can swim there any time of day or night. If you want to take sun bath, the villa has very nice balcony on second floor. the balcony placed on sunny side, it lets to have sun bath whole day on comfortable sunbeds. There are comfortable sofas and wicker chairs in the open-space living room, where possible to read a book or play "UNO". Thanks to cleaning staff - they made a cleaning every day fast, qualitatively and unobtrusively. Special thanks to manager Elle! She met us very friendly, and phone her a few times when we stayed on the villa - washing machine has broken and gas has ended in the bbq grill. Elle helped us to resolve these problems always fast. We like Sunny Villa very much! We would come there again with pleasure for longer time."

"Being the first time that we were going to rent a Villa we were very sceptical about the idea, was not sure if the villa would be anything like shown on the website. But we were pleasantly surprised by the Villa and loved it the moment we saw it, It was better than what we saw on the website. The villa was an ideal holiday home with all the amenities in place to make our stay memorable. Special mention to your team members Aun & Tuk who made sure that our stay at the Villa was amazing. Post this experience we would always prefer to rent a villa rather than staying in a hotel during vacations. "

"We, 5 friends, stayed at Sunny Villa from 7th to 10th Aug 2013. The place is perfect to have a fun time with friends. The place was clean when we arrived and the cleaning crew would come and clean it every morning. The best feature was the swimming pool! You could rest in the pool all day! Located close to many restaurants was a plus. Transport options were available near by. The agents who meet us to handover the property were super sweet and just a call away! Loved our stay and we will be going back there sometime soon!"

"Good size, well appointed 2 storeys property built over a tight plot located at the end of a small, quiet street, a short walk from convenience shops, restaurants and Dong Tan beach. Easy to catch Bath buses on nearby Thappraya Rd. to go around. Owner's representative was punctual for the keys handover and responsive to our requests. The pool and covered terrace are shaded all day because of the perimeter wall and trees which let little sunlight in. The comfy large living / dining area is thus rather dark and lacks a guest toilet. Sunbathing is only possible on the first floor deck. Properly equipped large kitchen makes for easy cooking. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, ample storage space and are pleasant, just missing blackout on some of their curtains that let sunlight in early morning. Bathrooms are good except for bad smell from drains and low water pressure in the master bedroom. Maid service we called up was very good. Cleanliness on arrival was fair but for the bathrooms that had grime and hair in the showers and very dirty A/C filters in living room. A leak at the ground floor bathroom sink drain needed fixing and was still leaky after being"fixed" by a 5 people maintenance team that showed up a day late and unannounced at lunchtime on the Sunday for over 2 hours. The pool was cleaned twice during our week's stay but had too much chlorine. All in all, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay and apart from some upkeep shortcomings, this villa is really nice."
