This is the villa many of us hope for when looking for that perfect vacation residence. It is modern, welcoming, and with a striking outdoor area that is home to a private pool; there are also great communal facilities on the premise. The 3-bedroom villa is in a 5-star residential development near the Silverlake Vineyard and Buddha Mountain. It is also just a 5-minute drive away from Bangsaray Beach, which is noted as one of the most gorgeous in the region.
The garden is a wonderful place to come together sharing fun, laughter, and meals if you’d like. It has lots of small trees, flowers and shrubs, and a private swimming pool with a kids’ section and water features. There is also a wooden Thai Sala with a table and 4 chairs, next to a small outdoor kitchen with a 2-ring gas hob and sink. Enjoy snacks and cooling beverages out in the open, and make this amazing natural setting your daily living space.
The interior enjoys a modern design with an open plan living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and a fully equipped western style kitchen. The open plan lounge, which looks out towards the pool, is home to a leather sofa, 43-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, DVD player, and a surround sound music system. The tall and beautiful wooden vaulted ceilings give the room a classic look and feel.
In the kitchen, you will find a granite central unit that doubles as a work bench and a dining table that can seat 6 people. The appliances include a toaster, kettle, 4-ring hobs, microwave, oven and a large fridge/freezer. You have two options when it comes to dining in this villa: on the granite counter/breakfast bar in the kitchen, or within the Thai Sala on the outdoor terrace.
The 3 bedrooms all have double beds and sleep 6 people. All bedrooms have wardrobes, draws, vanity sets, and air-conditioning and fans. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a long bathtub; the second bathroom at the villa features a shower.
