Luxurious 3 bed Pratumnak villa with pool for rent
Classic Pratumnak Villa is located in a high-quality residential development on Pratumnak Hill, just 800 meters from the beach. Contemporary and chic in every respect, this three-bedroom villa is set over two floors and enjoys tall ceilings, a pristine décor, and a fascinating selection of Asian and pop art paintings at every turn, giving the property an artistic and elegant atmosphere.
This innovative holiday rental features a shady garden with a decked terrace and comfortable seating. Right next to it is a 24 sqm private swimming pool that comes with Jacuzzi seats – talk about getting spoiled on your tropical getaway. Just footsteps away is the open style living area, accessed through the tall patio doors. The ground floor of the villa comprises a lounge, dining area, western style kitchen, and one bedroom; the remaining two bedrooms are situated upstairs.
The downstairs bedroom is accessed from the lounge or the garden through the patio doors. It is decorated in light tones, like the rest of the villa, and has a double bed, strategic spot lighting, small sofa, en suite bathroom, and a classy Marilyn Monroe painting on the wall. The second bedroom (located upstairs) has an open Jacuzzi style with a bedroom and Jacuzzi area rolled into one. Both bedrooms on the upper level feature double beds, flat-screen TVs with sound systems, views overlooking the pool, air-con units, and beautiful Asian paintings on the wall.
Following the eye-catching design of the villa, the kitchen is decorated with black and white countertops and comes with a vast selection of appliances such as an oven, microwave, 4-ring electric hob and extractor fan. There is also a cosy cove next to the kitchen where you will find a refrigerator, wine cooler with temperature settings, and a coffee maker. Behind the kitchen, there is a laundry area with a wash basin and washing machine.
The lounge area has lots of natural sunlight within a roomy and airy setting; interesting features include hanging chandeliers and pop art paintings. Relax on a beautiful black leather couch and enjoy the international satellite TV channels on the 43-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound system. In the heart of the open plan living space there is a dining area with a 6-seat dining table; on the outdoor deck terrace you will find another table and seating for 8 people at poolside.
Pratumnak Hill, South Pattaya
The villa is located on Pratumnak Hill which is rapidly becoming the place to be, directly between the beaches of Pattaya and Jomtien. Just 800 meters from the beach in a classy residential estate, the villa is also under 1 km to a vast choice of international and Thai restaurants, as well as bars and massage options. Just a 2-minute drive away you can visit the back end of Walking Street Pattaya. This is a location that provides privacy and peace, while still being close to lots of nearby amenities.
