Baan Kep Tawan is a two-storey villa just 100 meters from the beach in southeast Samui that has hardwood floors throughout that lend a distinctly cottage style atmosphere to the property. The private pool is located at the front of the property where you will also find a covered sala, bar area and comfortable sun loungers as well as an outdoor dining area.
The property has been comfortably furnished and has attractive artwork throughout. The villa is accessed via a quiet private road that leads through resort style facilities such as a restaurant, tennis court and gym and down to the quiet and attractive beach. The villa is large and spacious and ideal for two families sharing and families with small children.

The villa is in easy reach of the Butterfly Farm, the Aquarium and Bird Show, Snake Show and remote and attractive beaches. The features inside include an en suite, separate dressing area, a free standing full length mirror, hardwood floors and an elegant draped four poster bed below a high pitched recessed ceiling with fan. Features in the room across the hall are an en suite, large comfortable bed and a separate dressing area that has two pull down single bunk beds that sit flush with the wall when not in use. The bedroom on the ground floor is a twin bed room and has a large dressing area that houses an additional single bed for extra guests.浴室
All the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms that have all the modern showering facilities. One of the bathrooms also has a stunning bathtub, wonderful for soaking in.厨房
The modern kitchen has such mod-cons as a four ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a storage and laundry area to the rear, with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.客厅
The spacious living room has double doors that open onto the pool, bar and sala area, giving a tranquil feeling to the whole atmosphere. There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone and a large flat screen television is always waiting to be watched.用餐区
