Opulent 3 bedroom pool villa for rent
Once in a while, you find a villa that takes your breath away. Majestic Design Villa is a highly unique custom-made abode resembling a modern art exhibition with some of the finest pop art paintings ever seen in a Thailand villa. It is located at the foot of Pratumnak Hill, in the heart of a first class residential development, 800 meters from the beach and a host of restaurants and nightlife options.
Majestic Design Villa is set over two floors within an L-shape layout that flanks the private pool. The pool deck features a classy modern terrace that carries a beach club feel. Laze around, have a small cocktail party, sunbathe, and go for a cooling dip any time of day and night. The whole of villa has an ultra-luxurious atmosphere which is sure to make you feel like a super star in the heart of sunny Thailand.
Open, spacious and contemporary in style, the large open plan living room has patio windows that open up to create a sense of outdoor and indoor spaces merging together. The living room features a large red couch, ceiling fans and ducted air-conditioning, 53-inch flat-screen TV, Philips sound system, and satellite TV channels.
Situated in the corner of the open plan living space, the kitchen is built to the highest European standards with a great choice of appliances; it is also surrounded by a breakfast bar countertop. Footsteps from the kitchen, there is a dining area that looks out towards the terrace and pool and features a dining table for 6. Alternatively, you could dine al fresco style on the covered terrace at poolside.
There are three bedrooms in total, one on the ground floor with pool access, and two upstairs. All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, double beds, air-conditioning, flat screen TVs with international channels, sound systems and wardrobes. All three bathrooms are en suite, meticulously designed with style, comfort and convenience in mind. The en suite bathroom for the downstairs bedroom also features a large circular Jacuzzi.
Pratumnak Hill, South Pattaya
Set at the foot of Pratumnak Hill, 800 meters from the beach, this quiet and private villa is part of a modern residential development with 24 hour security. Within walking distance to Pratumnak Hill’s vast selection of international restaurants, bars and shops, you are right in the heart of the action. In a quick 2-minute drive you can be at the back end of Pattaya Walking Street; it takes about 5 minutes by car to get to Jomtien.

"Spent 6 nights at this villa after participating in a friends wedding. Very well apppointed villa, plenty of space and light. Short walk to a 7/11 for all your provisions and several decent restaurants in walking distance too. Tuk Tuks take you everywhere else you need to get to. Support from Thailand Holiday Homes was exceptional, from the booking right through to our departure. All questions responded to promply and satifactorilly. I would definately book with them again. Villa is located in a pleasent compound with security manning the main entrance and private beack within 500m. The villa is very private and quiet with own pool for cooling off. Three generously sized double bedrooms and bathrooms. Large living, dining and kitchen areas and a great outside seating area next to pool in mixture of sun and shade."
