When booking Karon Hill Villa 16 you will be staying in a safe and secure village which is less than a 10 minute stroll to the shores of Karon Beach. This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom holiday home is modern, smartly decorated, and offers you everything you and your party require for a relaxed holiday.
The added advantage is that while you may hire a car and park it safely in the covered parking space of your villa there really is no need for transport. You will be within 5 minutes walk of a supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The inviting Karon Beach will take you less than 10 minutes to walk to, and when you feel like stretching your legs you can be on Kata Beach in around 15 minutes.
The villa itself welcomes you to its natural setting in a peaceful and calm location. There are three floors with a utility room and parking space on the first, your living and dining area on the second and the three bedrooms on the top floor.
The large living room, kitchen and dining area mean that you have space and comfort whether cooking, eating or relaxing. The kitchen offers a wonderful area for self-catering, and the dark fitted cupboards with every appliance required will make mealtime a pleasure.
The lounge offers direct access via the sliding glass door to your terrace and private swimming pool. This is an ideal place to stretch out on a comfortable lounger while dipping in and out of the inviting water.
The top floor houses your bedrooms. The master has a 4-poster double bed, is well furnished and offers you a private balcony. There is also an extremely inviting en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms contain a king and double bed respectively, and share a bathroom.

The wooden fitted units offer plenty of storage space while the black granite worktops are ideal for preparing food.
