While the location itself is quite private, please note the owner lives on the upper floor from time to time which is totally secluded and private from the guest area and have their own separate access.

This villa has a traditional Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, The "Child's Bedroom" is on the small side, and guests there must go through the master suite to access the full bathroom.

A third bedroom "suite" is available for an extra 1550THB/night. It is a self-contained with it's own bathroom, kitchenette and seating area, making this villa perfect for 2 couples.

The villa is just 500 meters from gorgeous Kata beach, often known as one of Phuket's finest. The area has excellent international and Thai restaurants.  Busy Patong beach with its nightlife and shops is a 15-minute drive away and large shops such as Tesco Lotus and Big C are around a 25 minute drive.
