Enter the villa through the entrance gate to find a courtyard with the large infinity edge swimming pool framing the view of the sea through mature tropical trees out to the island of Koh Ha. A living room block to the right has an extra large garden sala on the balcony at the front affording shade and marvellous views.

Two bedroom suites are housed on this level. The third bedroom is one level below en-route to the beach, which is a short stroll down 50 Laterite steps to the golden sands. With its large garden and terraced areas there is ample room for entertaining large numbers in a glorious setting.

Kan Tiang Bay, Koh Lanta

The master bedroom is fully equipped with en suite, king sized bed, bedside table and plenty of storage space while the other 2 rooms come with twin beds. The design is uniquely South East Asian and wooden floors give the rooms a very natural feel. Large wooden patio doors allow breathtaking views of the ocean and infinity pool. For those warmer tropical nights all rooms contain air conditioning for a cool evenings sleep.

All bathrooms are equipped with modern joinery, toilet, basin and showers. There is a bath tub in the Master en suite which allows for sea views when the windows are open for a romantic soak in the tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all forms of culinary creativity. Two cooking hobs and sink make the kitchen fully functional. A kettle, toaster and fridge freezer mean that breakfast time is a breeze as you sip your coffee contemplating the day’s activities.

The living area has a large sofa to sink back into as you watch your favorite DVD on the flat screen television or meditate looking out of the patio doors to the ocean views beyond.
