I am from the U.S.A. But you don't come across customer service like yours everyday, sometimes never. It would cost me a lot more to switch from one whole villa to another, and probably 100-200 USD for a coffee pot request. And if I did request it and they didn't have it. I would get charged if they said I could bring my own. You and the company you work for really knows what "Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction" means. And I am thankful to have grown through to find a villa with "Thailand Holiday Homes"

The house was very nice, big, beautiful and clean. Bed rooms bed was soooo comfy in every rooms nice kitchen and living rooms was beautiful . Location at this house was very good for family or people that don't want to be in town or see to many people all the time. The car that we have is very nice and big for family with two children or more. The swimming pool at the house was nice and good for family get together and cool off from the hot sun. We like that house and will go back again if we are going to Chiang Mai

We, 5 friends, stayed at Sunny Villa from 7th to 10th Aug 2013. The place is perfect to have a fun time with friends. The place was clean when we arrived and the cleaning crew would come and clean it every morning. The best feature was the swimming pool! You could rest in the pool all day! Located close to many restaurants was a plus. Transport options were available near by. The agents who meet us to handover the property were super sweet and just a call away! Loved our stay and we will be going back there sometime soon!

Good size, well appointed 2 storeys property built over a tight plot located at the end of a small, quiet street, a short walk from convenience shops, restaurants and Dong Tan beach. Easy to catch Bath buses on nearby Thappraya Rd. to go around. Owner's representative was punctual for the keys handover and responsive to our requests. The pool and covered terrace are shaded all day because of the perimeter wall and trees which let little sunlight in. The comfy large living / dining area is thus rather dark and lacks a guest toilet. Sunbathing is only possible on the first floor deck. Properly equipped large kitchen makes for easy cooking. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, ample storage space and are pleasant, just missing blackout on some of their curtains that let sunlight in early morning. Bathrooms are good except for bad smell from drains and low water pressure in the master bedroom. Maid service we called up was very good. Cleanliness on arrival was fair but for the bathrooms that had grime and hair in the showers and very dirty A/C filters in living room. A leak at the ground floor bathroom sink drain needed fixing and was still leaky after being"fixed" by a 5 people maintenance team that showed up a day late and unannounced at lunchtime on the Sunday for over 2 hours. The pool was cleaned twice during our week's stay but had too much chlorine. All in all, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay and apart from some upkeep shortcomings, this villa is really nice.

I rented this house for my 50th birthday party with 10 guests, most of them flying in from overseas. I didn't have time to go and check it out beforehand, so relied on Trip Advisor for recent reviews. It couldn't have been better! Clean and beautifully equipped property. The staff were great - they picked up and dropped off people at the airport on time, cooked delicious food with minimal notice using ingredients bought from a local market, organised a bus trip for some sight-seeing and kept everything neat and tidy. Despite their level of attentiveness, they were completely unobtrusive and most of the time we didn't realise they were there. Noel promptly responded to all emails when I was planning it all, and at the end of the day, it was less expensive than I thought. Couldn't recommend it more, and all the people who came along thought the same.

Our whole group of 8 thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The facilities were excellent, well maintained and very clean. The staff were brilliant with nothing too much bother for them. The Villa is located in a secure well maintained area which is immaculately kept. I strongly remomend hiring the luxury van and driver for your stay, Noel's staff (Nung and Jai) looked after everything for us and took us to some wonderful places and made sure we paid fair prices, our time spent with them was one of our fondest memories of visiting Thailand. We have nothing negative to say about our stay and are planning a return in the future. Our sincere thanks to Noel and the team for a wonderful experience.
