  "Overall it was a positive experience. This is our 3rd year in a row renting a villa from Thailand Holiday Homes. We really like this villa and we look forward to coming back same time next year. The only thing you have to watch for is the electricity. We incurred about 3,000 baht in extra utilities after a 7 day stay. but, the cost split 3 ways was not a big deal. Next time we will refrain from running the AC all day. The only complain that we have was the gym in the villa was not working and the equipment was a bit rusty. other than that, we were very happy with the villa. "

  "This villa was truly amazing. Big is an understatement to the size of this property. All facilities were top notch and the gym was just an added bonus. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a higher end property. Now there is a huge apartment block being built right next door but this did not bother us as work is almost completed and we didn't hear much noise from it. This may be bit of an issue once it is completed and people move in as they will be able to see right though the villa especially with the massive glass wall facing the apartment building. Overall we had a fantastic stay here. There are however two things which prevented me from rating this 5 stars. The first is the daily electricity limit. It is no were near enough to what it should be. Even if you are really careful you are still going to go over. If the daily limit is doubled then you may (I say may) be OK. The second was that on the third day of our stay the main TV in the living room broke down and after contacting management who said they will get it fixed, twice, no engineer came round to fix it. Which to us was a bit of a shame as we spent over two weeks in the villa. "

  "Very Friendly and Welcoming Staff, Lovely House in Great Location. Beds really comfortable. Luxurious and Quality fixtures and fittings. Plenty of space to relax. Close to the Beach, Entertainment and Shopping areas, yet far enough away to enjoy privacy. Certainly in the best area of town – Excellent value! Thank You! "

  "The villa is so luxury, everything is huge. The facilities are great, I love the kitchen and all the utensils very much. It takes a great deal of electricity to cool the villa. Though I need to pay about THB1,000 per night on electricity, the overall price to stay in the villa is relatively cheap as the villa is new and relaxing. The garden is pretty and the pool is clean. I know this is not easy to keep. That is why workers start to work early in the morning and keep going in and out the villa the whole day. The overall experience was really nice, even there was a construction site right next to the villa, there was not much noise detected. Great place! "

  " Villa is really big as seen from the website. But would like to point out as follows: 1. The final payment amount,howcome is thb18 instead of thb17 2. The electricity is really very expensive,and out of our expectation, we think, should be included in the rental charge. 3. Cleaning needs improvement. Overall, the villa is really very good and we had a great time there"
