Situated within a gated estate with its own soothing ponds, this 4 bedroom villa is just 1.9 km from Jomtien Beach. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private swimming pool, spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, this is a fantastic choice for a large family or a group of 8 friends. The pool area is completely private and sure to provide many fun days in the sun; it also features a shower and sun loungers.
There are four bedrooms in the villa, three of which are positioned around the pool. All the bedrooms have wooden floors, TVs with international channels, double beds, and en suite bathrooms. The four bathrooms all have showers, toilets and wash basins; there is also a Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom. For extra convenience, there is a guest toilet in the living area.
The homely open plan lounge is decorated in an authentic Asian manner but is also modern with its entertainment facilities; those include a DVD player, flat-screen TV, and a choice of international satellite channels. The dining room is a part of the open plan lounge and has a dining table for 8 persons. The villa offers a choice of two kitchens. The main western kitchen with a great choice of appliances such as a microwave, oven, refrigerator, rice cooker, tea and coffee making facilities and a washing machine, and there is also a Thai-style kitchen out back.
