This recently refurbished 5 double-bedroom holiday home offers a comfortable open-plan living area which is matched when stepping outside. The private swimming pool with in-pool Jacuzzi and wicker furniture on the marble floor of its raised front patio are both perfect spots for relaxation.

Serene Jomtien 5 bedroom villa for rent
Having your own swimming pool with an in-pool Jacuzzi will certainly enhance a memorable holiday, yet it is great to have a 4.5 km long beach with an easy-going atmosphere nearby as well. Jomtien Beach is only 1 km away from this villa, and within a quick 300 metre stroll you will discover several stylish restaurants. In spite of being so close to the action, Baan Chokdee is placed in a very quiet location in a serene development.
Two things will catch your eye as you approach the villa’s front door: to the right there is a private swimming pool with in-pool Jacuzzi, and next to is a cosy raised patio. Here you will find wicker seating and a table for 4 people. It is a wonderful place to relax in peaceful surroundings any time of the day. The 5-bedroom villa accommodates up to 10 guests so it is ideal for a group of friends or an extended family.
The villa’s living area is open plan and has been decorated in golden, neutral colours. There is a formal dining table which seats 8 people, and a lounge area consisting of two large leather sofas facing a flat-screen TV. Behind the lounge area is a fully fitted western-style kitchen that also has a breakfast bar with 4 seats.
There are 5 comfortable double bedrooms; three of them, accessed through the lounge, have en suite bathrooms. One of them is a spacious master bedroom that features a large bathroom area containing a bath tub. The fourth and fifth bedrooms sit at the back of the house and share a bathroom. The larger of the two is considered “the second master bedroom” and features a seating area with TV and glass doors that open onto the pool terrace. There is also one shared bathroom in the living area.
Jomtien Beach, South Pattaya
Jomtien Beach,where you can relax in a deck chair, dip in and out of the warm water, hire a jet-ski or opt for an exhilarating banana boat ride, is just 1 km away. Once it is time to leave the sea and sand behind simply cross Beach Road and wander up and down the many side-streets opposite. There you’ll find massage places, shops, and many bars and restaurants. The atmosphere in this area will quickly help you understand why Jomtien is well known for its relatively unhurried pace of life.
The rush of Pattaya’s famous nightlife is only a 15 minute drive from the villa, as are many of the area’s favourite attractions, like Underwater World. This villa provides the best of both worlds, with quiet and peaceful surroundings within easy reach of laid-back beaches and the hustle and bustle that made Pattaya famous.

"I like views, pool and room and Billiards. Location: Areas where villas gather, Close to the beach and tourist spots. The location, the pool and the view are excellent.
