Baan Mork Nakara is a modern tropical 2-storey villa with a private swimming pool set at the property’s centre. The house is situated in a gated community in East Pattaya and located directly next to the development’s clubhouse, which also has a large communal swimming pool footsteps away. With so many relaxation options and a striking tropical design, Baan Mork Nakara is an all-round holiday rental that pleases even the pickiest of travellers.
As you enter the villa, you will come across the private swimming pool and adjoining wooden Thai garden Sala with dining and lounging area and decked floors. This setting is truly enchanting and tranquil, guaranteeing complete peacefulness for the body and mind. There are also ponds and a waterfall around the edges of the garden, imparting a real serenity to the area. Lounge on the sunbeds, meditate, have a yoga class, enjoy a BBQ and open air meals, go for a cooling dip in the pool… You will hardly ever want to leave the premise.
The villa has five bedrooms sleeping up to eleven people, open-plan living spaces, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed. There is another bedroom with just a double bed, while the 4th bedroom has two single beds. There is another smaller bedroom on the ground floor that has just a single bed. All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and televisions. Four of the bedrooms have walk-in wardrobe facilities. There are six bathrooms in the villa, five of which are en suite and all have showers, toilets and wash basins. The master bathroom has a large circular bathtub, and another one of the en suite bathrooms has a beautiful stone bathtub.
The main kitchen is situated to the rear of the property, and appliances include an oven with four-ring hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and refrigerator. There is also a separate Thai kitchen out back with a gas stovetop. The dining room is part of the open plan living space and is home to a wooden 8-seat table. The open-plan living area is located right next to the swimming pool, surrounded by tall windows that let in lots of natural light and allow great views of the garden. Here you will find beautiful wooden floors, an L-shape settee and entertainment facilities that include a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and international cable channels.
East Pattaya
Located in East Pattaya, just 4.5 km from Jomtien Beach, the villa is in a private gated community with 24-hour security. Situated right next to the clubhouse and within 2 km of restaurants, this is a neighbourhood where you can really relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings. If you like golf, there is a driving range just 1-minute drive away, and Siam Country Club is only a 10-minutes’ drive. Lake Mabprachan, an area of East Pattaya away from the standard tourist places with lots of bars and local restaurants, is also just a 10-minute drive. If you want to visit central Pattaya, you can be on Beach Road within 15 minutes. This location is perfect for families or large groups of friends who want privacy and seclusion while still being close enough to all the amenities that make a Pattaya holiday so special.
