Baan Suay Tukta villa is one of the best in the area. It is set in a prime location and has high quality features all throughout the property. Right nearby is the famous Pattaya Floating market and just a little further on is where you’ll find all of the other attractions that Pattaya is known for. Amazing 5 bedroom villa for rent in prime location
Baan Suay Tukta is one of the most well regarded villas in the area, and for a good reason. Complete privacy and security are assured, as are great times and a high level of comfort. With traditional Thai architecture and a Sala in the garden, as well as a massive 55 sqm swimming pool and terrace area, the perfect Thai holiday that you’ve always had in mind will finally be realised.
The spacious lounge area connects with the shaded terrace outside so you can open the large doors and let in a cool tropical breeze whenever you please. The sitting area is very comfortable and stylish and there is a strong Thai design throughout all of the furniture and art. For when you want to relax and unwind there is a large flat-screen television with international channels and surround sound system.
There are two kitchens at the villa, an indoor and an outdoor one. The indoor kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances including a 4-ring stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, extractor, water heater and refrigerator. The outdoor Thai style kitchen has a stovetop as well as a washing machine, so you can dine al fresco and cook up a storm with pure convenience. The spacious dining area is located between the lounge area and the kitchen, and the wooden dining table seats up to eight people.
All five bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and a large TV with cable TV access, DVD player and high-end surround sound system. It also has an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and a walk-in wardrobe with ample storage space. The other bedrooms both have double beds, air-conditioning, flat screen televisions and beautiful wooden floors throughout. The second and third bedrooms share an en suite bathroom that is equipped with full shower facilities, washbasin and western toilet. The fifth bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but outside on the terraces or within the Salas is fine.

* Car : Only 1 car can park inside the villa. ( They have area parking if customer have many car walk around 2 minutes to villa.)
Jomtien, Pattaya – great location for all ages
Baan Suay Tukta is close to many of the local attractions. Jomtien beach is just 2 km away, as are many international and Thai restaurants. The Floating Market is literally right on your doorstep, you can even see it from the upstairs Sala. Attractions like Underwater World, Alangkarn Theater, Silverlake Vineyard, Phoenix Golf Course and Viharnra Sien Chinese Temple are just a short 10 minute drive from the villa. The beach of Pattaya and the Walking Street are only a 15 minute drive away, as are all the major shopping centres and beachside markets.

This villa is a 2 min walk from the Floating Market, and from there is easy access to taxi service anywhere in the area.
