This 4-bedroom villa offers private access down to Thongson Beach, just a 5-minute walk away, on the north-eastern coast of Samui. Although there are 2x 4-bedroom villas in this description, the price is for one, although larger groups can rent out both together, giving you more options.

Basking in a scenic natural environment, the villas have a private swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open living spaces and a Western style kitchen, all set across 2 levels. 

The landscaped gardens offer a soothing atmosphere, and come equipped with a private swimming pool, and a terrace with sun-loungers, a BBQ unit, and a table and chairs where you can relax or dine at poolside.

The lower level is home to the open plan living space and one bedroom, while the remaining bedrooms are located upstairs, with private access to balconies where you can absorb the stunning pool and garden views.

The villas are located on a private estate, just a short walk to Thongson Beach and a 10-minute drive to both Choeng Mon and Bophut, home to many quality international eateries, cool bars and even shopping centers. Bask in the private location while being close to lots of local amenities.

Schlafzimmer

There are 4 bedrooms in this villa, sleeping 8 people, with 1 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs. All the bedrooms have built-in wooden beds and furniture, ceiling fans and air-con. The master also has a safe deposit box. 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, while the Master has its own ensuite bathroom.



Badezimmer

There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, one that is shared by 2 bedrooms, and another that is ensuite to the Master Bedroom. All the bathrooms have toilets, showers and wash basins.

Located behind the living space, the kitchen is built to Western standards and comes with modern appliances, and also a washing machine.

The lounge area is open plan and enjoys a comfortable 6-seat sofa, a TV with international channels, a ceiling fan, DVD player and tall glass windows that offer great views and direct access out to the pool.
