Thammachat Vints Villa is a stylish 3-bedroom villa positioned in a tranquil corner of a world-class development with lots of communal facilities. The estate is located in Bangsaray countryside (South Pattaya), just 2 minutes by car away from Silverlake Vineyard and Buddha Mountain, and a 5-minute drive from the beautiful Ban Amphur Beach.
The 3-bedroom Bangsaray villa enjoys a contemporary fashionable ambience, paired up with a neat garden where you will find a private swimming pool with a kids’ section. There is an adjoining deck with sunbeds, and a beautiful Thai Sala with table and 4 chairs. The garden area is a wonderful spot to unwind day and night, as this space is nicely lit at night time.
The interior of the villa enjoys an open plan layout, combining a lounge, dining room and a fully-equipped European style kitchen into this fantastically functional living space. The open plan living room features a 50-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, sofa and a beautiful vaulted ceiling effect. In the heart of the living space there is a 4-seat dining table. The fully fitted Western-style kitchen enjoys an attractive design with lots of red ceramic fittings, comprising a white marble breakfast bar.
All 3 bedrooms in the villa feature double beds, air-conditioning, vanity sets and wardrobes. The house can sleep 6 people in total so it is perfect for a small family or friends traveling together. There are 2 bathrooms and both feature shower units, toilets and wash basins; the en suite master bathroom also has a bathtub. Additionally, there is a rain shower out in the garden next to the pool.
The development has some great communal facilities that include a clubhouse with a swimming pool, children’s playground, a fitness centre, and a nearby lake.

The location of this villa is one of our most unique: it is situated in the stunningly scenic countryside in Bangsaray, near to Silverlake Vineyard and Buddha Mountain, just a 5-minute drive from Ban Amphur. There is a restaurant and coffee shop on the road outside the development, and some fine international and seafood restaurants a bit further away, near the Sai Kaew Beach. This is a family-friendly location, also perfect for golfers with Phoenix GC, St. Andrews 2000 and Rayong Green Valley all just a 10-minute drive away.
