This contemporary villa sits in a residential development just outside the city of Banglamung, a quick stroll away from the beach. The focal point of the U-shaped villa is the private swimming pool that is accessible from all rooms. The villa is set over 3 units; one for the living and dining area, and two separate units for the bedrooms. The pool area features a terrace with BBQ where you can sit on the comfortable wicker sofa suite and absorb the beauty. Moreover, the estate has a beach communal clubhouse with a large sea-view pool, and a gymnasium that you are welcome to use.
There are 3 bedrooms in this villa that all have double beds, televisions, wooden floors, wardrobes, air-conditioning and direct access and views out to the pool. The location of this development is situated outside the city in Banglamung, under a 10-minute drive to Naklua in North Pattaya. The estate is situated next to the beach, a 2-minute stroll away, where you will find cool beachfront seafood restaurants.
